University of New Haven’s Investigations – Enrollment Case Study

The Background

After two successful enrollment management engagements at the University of New Haven, UNH approached JMH about helping to expand a new online program – a master’s degree in Investigations.

The Approach

The MS in Investigations is a unique program with concentrations in Financial Crime, Digital Forensics, and Criminal Investigations. JMH launched a national marketing effort, employing paid social and paid search platforms as well as building upon professional associations with which New Haven had developed partnerships.

The Results

Within the first 6 months of the partnership, JMH had 13 course enrollments. Within two years that number had grown to 152 course enrollments. JMH’s thoughtful approach to recruiting and retention, combined with this unique program, had led to robust success for the university.
