Southern Methodist University wanted to grow its continuing education program through additional non-credit offerings. SMU engaged JMH Consulting in the Program Roadmap process. Through this process, SMU identified strong industry trends around Dallas and Plano (a newly formed satellite campus), Texas. JMH Consulting worked with SMU to identify potential programs that complemented and leveraged the brand of Southern Methodist University, weighed the risk and positioning of competitors, and took into account the growing educational needs of the community. JMH provided SMU with a prioritized list of potential programs with a high probability of success.
