The University of South Carolina partnered with JMH Consulting in 2009 to build a Strategic Program Roadmap. The Program Roadmap is designed to give recommendations for potential non-credit certificate programs based on secondary industry research, the competitive climate, and the brand and mission of the university.

Upon completion of the Strategic Program Roadmap, USC partnered with JMH Consulting in January of 2010 to launch, manage, and market a series of non-credit classes and certificate programs. As a result, in the first six months of the collaboration, USC was able to offer a Paralegal Certificate program, a Web Design certificate program, and professional development classes.

In addition, JMH worked with USC to re-launch the main continuing education website and start an awareness building campaign across Columbia, South Carolina.
