JMH Consulting worked with Columbus State University’s Continuing Education Department to perform a JMH Website Audit. This extensive project includes the following steps to help gain a comprehensive perspective of the website’s performance:
- Configuration of Google Analytics, including conversion tracking
- Accessibility, functionality, and usability testing
- A search engine ranking analysis
- A review of the website’s design, architecture, and page layout
- A review of several competitor websites
- Setup and management of a Google Adwords pay-per-click pilot
The audit resulted in a list of prioritized recommendations for CSU that corresponded to the four stages of online marketing: awareness, interest, engagement, and conversion.
