Liz has supported JMH’s remarkable organizational growth from a single university partner to 15+ clients in her roles as lead marketer, project manager and now Director of Operations. Utilizing her incisive analytical skills and results-driven approach, Liz has guided the launch of several new service lines and multiple client partnerships. As Director of Operations, she plans and executes company strategy, while optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of JMH services.
Liz previously managed JMH’s dynamic marketing team and more than $1 million in annual online marketing spend amongst JMH’s clients, generating critical brand awareness and student success. As the lead for the University of Oklahoma’s College of Liberal Studies’ online marketing campaign – including micro-site and email communication plan development – Liz’s team drove in more than 1,100 prospective student leads for 10 different online degree programs at an average cost-per-lead of less than $55. Other online program launch success stories include the University of South Carolina, Emory University and many others.
As the primary marketing point of contact for JMH’s university partners for more than seven years, Liz developed client-based solutions – tailored to optimize existing partner resources while executing advanced methodologies for maximum academic and business results. Liz now focuses on managing JMH’s tremendous organizational growth by maintaining and improving the internal processes and infrastructure that support the firm’s client services.
Throughout her tenure in continuing and higher education, Liz has secured multiple national speaking opportunities and international awards for JMH and its university partners, including the UPCEA Strategic Recruitment Marketing Plan award on behalf of James Madison University and the UPCEA Marketing Website award for the Emory University continuing education website redesign.
A native of Clearwater, Florida, Liz’s affinity for the beach does not extend to its persistent humidity, and she now fully appreciates Atlanta’s distinct seasonal climate. An avid sports enthusiast, Liz enables her new husband’s travel addiction in pursuit of visiting every single stadium in the country. They recently expanded their international travel portfolio to include Asia and Australia and look forward to more adventures as time permits.
Liz obtained her BA in Leadership Studies and Business Administration from the University of Richmond, and proudly represents her Spiders as a current university marketing client.
