Marketing Coordinator

JMH Consulting, a premier adult, continuing, and executive education consulting firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute marketing efforts for its clients, including a leading private university in Georgia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing marketing efforts for JMH Consulting and its clients. The primary role of this position will be to coordinate direct mail, email, organic search optimization, pay-per-click, event and print marketing for several distinct programs and audiences. The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Marketing Director, Online Marketing Coordinator and program staff to determine marketing goals, expectations, and deliverables. Job functions include graphic design, project management, online marketing, copywriting and editing, and maintaining strict marketing schedules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, required; degree in marketing or related field, preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of marketing experience, required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, required
  • Graphic design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, required
  • Experience with Dreamweaver or other web design software packages, a plus
  • Some email marketing, website optimization, pay-per-click marketing, or print marketing experience, preferred
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Must work well in a dynamic, change-oriented environment and be capable of assuming increased responsibilities over time.
