Alex St. Urbain currently serves as a Program Consultant with JMH Consulting and works onsite at Emory University to coordinate the IT@Emory Program at the Emory Center for Lifelong Learning.

Alex has been working in adult education for nearly twenty years and has been teaching in different capacities for his entire career. He possesses extensive experience in IT, including six years of corporate individual and group training.  Alex excels at explaining complex computer terminology in layman’s terms and assisting students with the application of technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace. He is a transplanted New Yorker who has come to love living in Atlanta. While in NY he worked in IT and project management for companies like Chase, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank North America and the Rockefeller Foundation. Since leaving the corporate world, Alex has been an independent contract trainer and has trained at Pfizer, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, JP Morgan Chase and J Walter Thompson Advertising.

Alex has a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Business from St. John’s University.
