JMH can help you build, launch, market, and manage new certificate or degree programs, including curriculum development and student support. And unlike most service providers, programs we help create remain active, revenue-generating parts of your portfolio even after our engagement.

Below are a selection of programs that we’ve helped schools create:

Paralegal Certificate

Our Paralegal Certificate is an intensive, post-baccalaureate program designed for working professionals. The program can be offered as:

  • A 6 month online program that blends synchronous and asynchronous elements
  • A 6 month in-class program that is offered on weekends, daytime, or evenings.
  • A 3 month in-class, summer intensive program

Six Sigma

Our Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt Certificates combine academic rigor with practical application. The program combines the asynchronous online modules with synchronous online or in-class modules. Students are exposed to material prior to class, so class time is used gaining a deeper understanding of the principles and how they are applied. This is a cohort format in which lessons build on one another and culminate with a test for the Green Belt certificate as well as a final project for the Black Belt.

Lean Six Sigma is a methodology for improving a process’ flow thereby making it faster or more efficient. Six Sigma is a Management methodology for achieving world class quality. Together Lean Six Sigma enhances the overall quality of the product and speed with which it is produced. Lean Six Sigma is more than just a program for manufacturing. These principles are being used in manufacturing, healthcare and the service industry.

Project Management

Professionals with the skills to successfully plan and manage projects are in high demand by top employers. As a result, more people want to become a certified Project Management Professional.

Our Project Management Certificate weaves theory and real-life projects, which explore risks and challenges to help each student develop strategic management strategies, resulting in better professional leadership. The program also helps to prepare students for the Project Management Institute Certification exam. The program is approximately 36 hours in length and can be offered as an online asynchronous and synchronous blended class or an in-class offering.
